2022 ACTION PLAN

January 3, 2022: As we kick off the New Year, it is important that we hold ourselves accountable to ourselves and to our clients and partners. With this in mind, here is our 2022 Action Plan.

  1. Work as advocates with the industry on behalf of clients and publishers alike to ensure there is less empty talk and more action.

  2. Continue to deliver new features weekly that enhance our transparent offering, data, fraud and attribution tools so that our clients have use of the very best platform that is easy to use, inventory, service and rates the industry can offer.

  3. Continue to hire the best people we can find and to develop them into industry leaders who share our goal to deliver client’s the very best platform, service and support the industry deserves.

  4. Push our partners to think beyond national and global - to value local and mid-market clients and recognize the $137BN market they can represent to publishers and SSPs.

  5. Continue to deliver on our promise of transparency at every turn.

  6. Help the industry recognize the power of creativity. Be brave, test and learn to deliver results like data-driven in new formats.

  7. Stop blaming publishers or platforms when bad creatives fail to perform.

  8. Continue to foster a diverse and welcoming environment and workforce.
